Clubhouse was born out of a need for more efficient communication. It was initially created to be an intranet, however we have developed it to become so much more than that – a platform to store information, a workflow tool to manage a multitude of processes ranging from booking holidays to health & safety compliance. It also possesses a learning and development module, which allows training to be completed online and users to keep a record of achievement.
Clubhouse has a ‘social channel’ which allows all employees at levels of the organisation to communicate, this is similar to ‘Facebook chat’ and has quickly become the hub of employee communication and home to some witty banter. It also integrates with both Facebook and Twitter, so has become the focal point of all our social media streams.
